Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. I am a State Certified Appraiser with my years of appraisal experience covering an area from Boca Raton East and West and up to Jupiter in the County of Palm Beach and also covering the Broward County local markets- I have the expertise you need.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch.
